That spirit shapes this collection: familiar Chinese dishes, clearly labeled Chinese-American favorites, and practical adaptations for a home kitchen.

What’s inside the cookbook?

Are the measurements familiar?

Yes. Recipes use US cups, tablespoons, teaspoons, ounces and pounds, with oven and food temperatures in Fahrenheit.
